Omlette with sausages Iveriya

Preparation
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the red onion, previously sliced into rings, and sauté until softened. Make sure the onion does not burn and stays tender.
1. Add the finely chopped sausages to the sautéed onion. Fry until the sausages are golden.
2. Then add the slices of colorful sweet peppers and hot pepper to the pan and sauté. Salt and pepper can be added to taste.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the slices of yellow hard cheese. You may add herbs to taste.
4. Place the sautéed vegetables and sausage mixture into a glass baking dish and pour the egg–cheese mixture over it.
5. Put the dish in the oven and bake until fully set and golden. This pie-like dish cooks very quickly.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 200–250 g Iveria sausages, 1 medium red onion, 3–4 sweet peppers of various colors, 1 hot pepper, 3 eggs, 100–150 g yellow hard cheese, herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
